1. About Our Services

OuterInfo Solutions provides digital and technology-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom software solutions

  • Social media marketing
  • Creative and digital asset development
  • Website maintenance and support

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, or written communication.

2. Project Requirements

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, materials, approvals, and other resources required for the successful completion of the project.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may result in changes to the project timeline. OuterInfo Solutions will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client.

3. Pricing and Payments

Project pricing will be communicated through a quotation, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Work may begin only after the required advance payment is received.
  • Additional work or changes outside the agreed project scope may involve additional charges.
  • Final deliverables may be released after all outstanding payments have been cleared.

Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, domain charges, hosting charges, third-party software costs, or other external expenses may be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.

4. Changes and Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the scope agreed upon for the project.

Requests for substantial changes, additional features, new pages, integrations, or work outside the approved scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional time, additional payment, or a revised project timeline.

5. Project Timeline

We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeline communicated to the client. However, timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback or approvals
  • Changes in project requirements
  • Delays in receiving content or assets
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Technical limitations or unforeseen circumstances

Estimated timelines should not be considered guaranteed unless specifically stated in a written agreement.

6. Client Content and Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, text, videos, trademarks, and other materials provided to OuterInfo Solutions can legally be used.

The client confirms that they own or have permission to use the materials they provide. OuterInfo Solutions will not be responsible for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, or other legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The client will receive rights to the final project deliverables after full payment has been received.
  • OuterInfo Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries, methodologies, and internal systems.
  • Third-party software, plugins, fonts, images, or services remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

OuterInfo Solutions may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services, including:

  • Domain providers
  • Hosting providers
  • Payment gateways
  • APIs and integrations
  • Plugins and software providers
  • Analytics platforms
  • Social media platforms
  • Advertising platforms

OuterInfo Solutions is not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, service interruptions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

9. SEO and Digital Marketing

For SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, or advertising services, OuterInfo Solutions will use reasonable efforts and professional practices to achieve the agreed objectives.

However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • A particular number of website visitors
  • Sales or revenue
  • Leads or conversions
  • Approval of advertisements
  • Results from third-party platforms

Search engines, advertising platforms, and social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, or systems at any time.

10. Website Maintenance and Support

Maintenance, support, or AMC services will be provided according to the specific scope mentioned in the relevant agreement or quotation.

Unless specifically included, maintenance services may not cover:

  • New features or major functionality
  • Complete redesigns
  • Third-party service failures
  • Changes caused by external updates
  • Issues caused by unauthorised modifications
  • New content creation or major content updates

11. Suspension or Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service according to the terms agreed upon in the applicable proposal or agreement.

OuterInfo Solutions reserves the right to suspend work if:

  • Payments are significantly delayed
  • The client fails to provide required information or approvals
  • The client requests unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate activities
  • Continued work becomes technically or commercially impractical

Payments made for completed work, resources, or time already invested may not be refundable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OuterInfo Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or reputation.

13. Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our website and services are accurate and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, that it will be completely free from errors, or that all digital and third-party services will operate without technical issues.

14. Confidentiality

Both OuterInfo Solutions and the client should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared during the course of a project. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the appropriate jurisdiction as applicable under Indian law.

16. Changes to These Terms

OuterInfo Solutions may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
